• “Services / Solutions” refer to the cloud solutions, web hosting, domain names, VPN services, servers, and VPS servers, Custom websites, Apps / Platforms provided by CliquezHost.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity that uses CliquezHost’s Services.

3. Use of Services

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of CliquezHost’s Services in accordance with the pricing and billing terms provided to you. Refunds are not possible for services about to expire, and domain names are not refundable. Bundles are refunded partially up to 40% of the total price.

CliquezHost is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, publish, or transmit through CliquezHost’s Services. You agree not to upload, publish, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content that you upload, publish, or transmit through CliquezHost’s Services. 13. Illegal Usage

CliquezHost strictly prohibits any illegal activities, including but not limited to scams, phishing, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, and port scanning. Users found engaging in such activities will face immediate suspension or termination of their account, without prior notice.

Scams: Any attempt to deceive or defraud others for financial gain is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, and fraudulent investment schemes.

Phishing: Any attempt to acquire sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords, or financial information, by posing as a trustworthy entity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent emails, websites, or messages designed to trick individuals into divulging their personal information.

Malware: Any attempt to distribute or facilitate the distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or sharing files containing malware, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or engaging in activities that compromise the security of CliquezHost’s systems or the systems of others.

DDoS Attacks: Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of CliquezHost’s systems or the systems of others through Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding servers or networks with excessive traffic to overwhelm their capacity.

Port Scanning: Any attempt to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in CliquezHost’s systems or the systems of others through port scanning or other reconnaissance techniques is strictly prohibited.

CliquezHost reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user found engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to suspension or termination of their account, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuing legal action.

Users are encouraged to report any suspected illegal activities to CliquezHost’s support team for prompt investigation and action.
